الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بك في Umart. باستخدامك للموقع أو إتمامك أي عملية شراء من خلاله، فإنك تقر بموافقتك على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1) نطاق الخدمة
يقدم Umart خدمات السوبر ماركت الإلكتروني داخل سوريا فقط، ويشمل ذلك المواد الغذائية، المواد الاستهلاكية، منتجات العناية الشخصية، المنظفات، مستلزمات المطبخ، وبعض المنتجات المنزلية أو الكهربائية الصغيرة ذات الصلة.

2) المنتجات والمعلومات
نحرص على عرض المنتجات ووصفها وصورها بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. ومع ذلك، قد تظهر فروقات طفيفة في اللون أو الحجم أو الشكل أو التغليف أو العلامة أو الدفعة الإنتاجية أو بلد المنشأ بحسب التوفر الفعلي وطبيعة المنتج.

3) التوفر والاستبدالات التشغيلية
قد تتغير حالة توفر بعض المنتجات أو الأحجام أو الأوزان أو العلامات في أي وقت. وفي بعض الحالات، قد يتم التواصل مع العميل بشأن بديل مناسب أو تعديل جزئي على الطلب بحسب التوفر الفعلي وطبيعة الخدمة.

4) المنتجات الطازجة والوزنية
بعض المنتجات، مثل الخضروات والفواكه واللحوم والمواد الطازجة أو الوزنية، قد تخضع لاختلافات طبيعية معقولة في الوزن أو الحجم أو الشكل أو درجة النضج أو المظهر الخارجي ضمن الحدود المقبولة لطبيعتها.

5) الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار المعروضة تكون بالعملة المحددة في النظام الخاص بالموقع. نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت قبل قبول الطلب نهائيًا. ولا يؤثر أي تعديل لاحق على الطلبات التي تم قبولها وتأكيدها وفق النظام.

6) قبول الطلب
استلام الطلب أو رسالة تأكيد الاستلام لا يعني بالضرورة القبول النهائي للطلب. يظل الطلب خاضعًا للمراجعة والتأكد من توفر المنتج وصحة البيانات وإتمام الدفع وإمكانية التنفيذ.

7) دقة بيانات العميل
يلتزم العميل بتقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة ودقيقة، بما في ذلك الاسم وبيانات الاتصال والعنوان ومعلومات الاستلام. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو مشكلة ناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو ناقصة.

8) المنتجات الحساسة أو سريعة التلف
بعض المنتجات، مثل المواد الطازجة أو المبردة أو المجمدة أو سريعة التلف أو المفتوحة أو الاستهلاكية، تخضع لشروط خاصة ومشددة في الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد، كما هو موضح في السياسات ذات الصلة.

9) الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم والمحتويات والصور والنصوص والعناصر الخاصة بالعلامة أو بالموقع محمية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها أو استغلالها دون تصريح مسبق.

We strive to present products, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur in color, size, appearance, packaging, brand, batch, or country of origin depending on actual availability and product nature.

3) Availability and operational substitutions
Product availability, sizes, weights, and brands may change at any time. In some cases, the customer may be contacted regarding a suitable replacement or a partial adjustment to the order depending on actual stock and service conditions.

4) Fresh and weight-based products
Certain items, such as fruits, vegetables, meat, and other fresh or weight-based products, may be subject to reasonable natural variation in weight, size, shape, ripeness, or appearance within acceptable limits.

5) Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency configured for the website. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before final order acceptance. Later price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted under the system.

6) Order acceptance
